When will Super SF2 Turbo HD Remix be released on PS3 AU

Console: Playstation 3

Online Multiplayer: Not Applicable
Another week glides by and Australian Playstation 3 owners are still waiting for their chance to partake in the haduken-frenzy that is Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix to be released.

Why the wait? Who knows. We've made enquiry after enquiry. No-one seems to care. Why bother?

Why aren't the so called gaming big-boys; IGN and Gamespot kicking up a stink over this? No idea.

The information void is great. There is no reason why Aussie Xbox 360 owners can play Super SF2 Turbo HD and PS3 users can't.

Here's a tip, either scam the system by creating a US account, register for an Entropay card, wait two or three weeks and then purchase the game.

Or find a gaming forum where US users are willing to accept Paypal payments in return for $20 and $50 US PSN codes.

If you want help, register an Orble account (easy done) and message me below or via PM. Don't post anonymously, if you do, I can't help.

Keep on fighting AU PS3 owners!

I have been advised the reason why Australia and Europe are waiting for HD remix is SCEE, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe are choosing to hold the game for an undisclosed reason. There is talk that this reason is due to the games sub standard release, alot of american players beleive the game not to be complete and needs work.

Your thoughts?

Hi Anon,

Please join Orble and keep contributing! Not sure about that one... Substandard quality of the game?

I'm playing the US PSN version and it looks complete... I guess? It's got training, arcade and multiplayer - which works well.

What sort of work does it need, can you elaborate?

Cheers,

Glen.

Hey Glen,

Im not reading that the game in unfinished but the game itself has problems like poor online play and glitches. I would have thought the 3 month xbox demo would have given capcom ample time to iron out all the problems with online play?

I dont think we (aussie) gamers will be seeing HD remix in 08, I only hope that it is early 09. I read that some countries are still waiting for Super Puzzle Fighter HD remix, I have been playing that for a couple of months now.

I wonder if the disspointed european and aussie gamers email bomb their comments to SCEE they might pull their thumbs out of the asses and release the game?

Hi Glen, I've been waiting years for this. If possible can you please lead me to the method of purchasing this title via the US store? Also, If I were to sign up for a US store account, would my other games become unplayable? Would I have to change profiles every time I want to play games purchased from the local store?

Thanks,
