With the image and specs of the PlayStation Phone surfacing earlier, Engadget digs up more info on the rumored gaming phone. At first, SCEE reps replied that "These images are definitely fake." Now, both SCEE and SCEA have changed their stand to the ever-familiar spiel: "We do not comment on rumors or speculation."
Citing "multiple, trusted sources", Engadget reports that the device doesn't run on Android 3.0 just yet. It's still just 2.X for now. Sources also indicated that the PlayStation Phone is known internally as "Zeus". "...we're not just talking good tipsters," explained Engadget. "some of our information comes from people much more closely connected to the project."
