Dell has announced a new mini notebook for users on the go. The Dell Inspiron Mini 9. It is preloaded with Windows XP (there is a God) and will set you back $599 including delivery.
At this stage, the 8.9" baby is only available online. It weighs in at just over 1 kilogram - a mini by any laptop standards
