A few brief comments on Oblivion, the Elder Scroll
For a review better than I could give go here.
Indeed a few brief comments.
-Really, really pretty.
-The routines of NPC’s are a very cool addition.
-Melee combat feels quite real in comparison to previous innovations; blocking hammer blows never looked so good!
-Use of more voice actors would have been nice.
-In relation to the above; more topics would have been nice.
-Kind of amusing when an NPC forgets to put on clothes.
I heartily recommend that if you are only going to buy one game this year…so far this is it. It is, however, hefty on the system requirements side.
Just in case you thought I had forgotten I’ll be posting the next part of my RTS guide tomorrow. Also in the works will be a detailed account of a random dungeon from Oblivion, will I be murdered by hordes of angry Daedra? You will just have to wait and find out.
Alskreek, out.

It's good that I can't play it. I can't afford to have two lives.
Truly a candidate for the game of the year!
